
Culinary Survival Tip of the Month:
Buy a boxed Cous Cous mix at the grocery store. (The curry ones are particularly tasty.) Add some frozen petite peas and a few raisins and follow the package directions. Low in fat and ready to eat in 10 minutes! Goes great with grilled or broiled fish.
Leftover Cous Cous? Add some tomato wedges and toss
with a tasty salad dressing and you have a great
lunch for the next day.
