DELIVERY AND SET UP CHARGESDelivery and set up/take down are available. Charges vary. We will obtain a quote for all rental charges when you finalize your choices.TENTS AND TENT ACCESSORIESIf you need tenting for your outdoor event, we will arrange for a rental specialist to visit your location to evaluate and measure your space. After the site visit, you will receive an itemized estimate for tenting. In addition to the tent, tent liners, side walls (both clear and opaque), tent pole covers, lighting and tent heaters are available. We will dicuss your preferences when we visit your site.TENTS FOR A RAIN PLANYou may reserve tenting as a rain plan. To do so, you pay a non-refundable deposit that will hold your tent until one week before your wedding. You must decide one week in advance whether or not you want the tent. If you do not need the tent, then you do not have to pay the balance. If you do need the tent, then you will pay the balance when you pay for your reception. It is a wise precaution to reserve a tent if you are in an outdoor location and/or if your wedding is during an "iffy" month for weather. May, June and October are definitely "iffy" months for outdoor weddings in the Pacific Northwest. You also may want to consider tenting if you feel you need shade for the comfort of your guests.
