Catered Dinners

Buffet Dinners are the most popular dinner choice for catering to larger groups.  By offering your guests their choice of entrees, side dishes, vegetables and/or fruits, etc, you will be assured that you will be able to please all ranges of tastes and dietary preferences.

You may choose from our suggested buffet menus, or create a menu that is perfect for your event.  We are always happy to make changes to accommodate special dietary needs.  We have an array of Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free buffet dinner menu choices.

Seated Dinners are most common for smaller groups or very large, formal galas.  Formal dinners for large groups require special rental equipment and adequate staff to properly serve in a timely manner.  Most venues do not have commercial kitchens, requiring us to "create" a kitchen/work area suitable for proper and safe preparation and service of elaborate menus.
